How will you shape our tomorrow

• As a QA in the Integration Scale team, your mission is to drive quality efforts and contribute to the team to standardize and industrialize the Integration activities (tools, documentation, processes…) to make our e-commerce global platform Spark a self-service for the local subsidiaries (Opcos)
• You can be a QA coach for local Opco teams to help them integrate the Spark platform
• You’ll be part of a QA team with over 30 members, in a digital factory bustling with over 300 top-tier professionals from all over the world
• You’ll directly report to our QA Integration Lead

What success looks like

• You ensure continuous testing by integrating and maintaining reliable automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline
• You contribute to empowering the local Opco teams and reduce the time to market for their integration:
• Indirectly, through the definition and the application of Integration scale activities
• Directly, through training and coaching activities
• You contribute to the shaping and the application of the QA strategy within the Integration team

The experience you bring

• Familiar with defect tracking and test management tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Skilled in analyzing information to identify root causes and apply solutions
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies. Knowledge of SAFe is a plus.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and continuous testing methodologies (Shift-Left, Test Pyramid)
• Solid understanding of automation testing frameworks and practices, including experience in designing, writing, and executing automated tests
• Proficient in JavaScript/Typescript and experienced in automation tools (Cucumber, WDIO).

Work Mode & Location

• Hybrid: 3 days in Paris (8ème)

Recruitment Process

• Interview with the QA Lead + QA Director (45 mn)
• Interview with a QA engineer for technical assessment
• Interview with a peer or other stakeholder
• Final interview with an HR member
