Job Description

In your new role you will:

  • Develop test programs on RF tester platforms.
  • Develop/Modify/Optimize/Buy-off Automatic Test Equipment, Load/DUT boards, adapter & socket, handlers and temperature conditioning system and resolve issues.
  • Develop new methods & processes to optimize quality, efficiency and effectiveness of reliability qualification of product/technology/material & process change.
  • 4. Implement equipment and process adaptation according to new requirements from the roadmaps. Work package member for the project team. Deliver the know-how to the Engineering sustaining team.
  • Plan and manage Technical Feasibility Check on new reliabilityprojects and provide feedback to clients/lab logistic planner.
  • Liaise internally with the Operation/Engineering sustaining team and prioritize achieving the agreed timeline, including milestone and deadline reliability.
  • Plan/carry out/liaise internally with Operation / Engineeringsustaining team in Test Package Release & assignment activities and resolve test related issues.
  • Establish documentation for new equipment/processes (workinstruction, machine operating instruction (MOI), specification, OJTI..).
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement Projects, productivity, problem solving using 8D methodology, workshops, paper presentations and departmental events.

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics or equivalent). Min. 3 years related experience in semiconductor electrical testing is preferred (experience in electrical testing, working principle of electrical test equipment or stress equipment will be an added Advantage).
  • Knowledge of electrical tester or handler for RF products.
  • Knowledge of automatic data transfer from the tester to the database, tester data file format and drift analysis.
  • Knowledge of the working principle, troubleshooting & diagnostic/test program debugging, interpretation of schematic/electronic circuitry and basic repair of automatic test equipment.
  • Programming skills: C++, Visual Studio, Arduino and embedded system programming.
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Good communication and Interpersonal skills.
