Intern, Full-time (on-site)

TIER-Dott is the leading shared micro-mobility operator in Europe, operating over

250.000 e-scooter and e-bikes across Europe and the Middle East. Within TIER-Dott

the Vehicle Product team is constantly busy keeping vehicles up and running and

improving the user experience, quality and safety of our fleet.

To support these efforts, the Vehicle Product team has three workshops; mechanical,

electrical and battery/test lab. Your role will be to organize this workshop with a clear

layout, tools and equipment, guidelines and process, inventory management and

most importantly, making sure the workshops comply with health and safety

standards and regulations.

THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT

  • Determine inventory management processes for incoming and outgoing parts/vehicles as well as part storage and labelling for warrant claim items.
  • Manage and improve tools/equipment within the workshops.
  • Implement internal Health and Safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations amongst all three workshops
  • Design and build specific workbenches and toolkits per vehicle type
  • Optimize layout of the workshops
  • Organize storage of tools and equipment
  • Sell unused equipment

YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Enrolled in a technical course; Vocational or Bachelors 
  • Passed all first year classes.
  • Proficient in English, verbal and written.
  • Workshop/Hands-on experience. Hobby and/or professional.
  • Knowledge of general workshop tools and equipment
  • A strong interest in process optimization and safety management
  • Affinity with bikes/scooter/LEVs is a plus.
