As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Responsibilities - Participate in business performance tracking via developing and maintaining reports and dashboards. - Assist in the development of business project strategy by conducting analysis to identify root causes for certain issues, then providing solutions or recommendations to the operation team. - Opportunities to learn groundwork and execute category/platform campaigns. - PMO - Act as coordinator to run cross-functional projects/initiatives with a cross-function team.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications - Actively enrolled university student. - Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, eager to learn, hard-working & proactive attitude. - Open-minded attitude, efficient and enjoying a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications - Proven experience in problem-solving and time management, can work under pressure. - Comfortable working with data. - Fluency in Japanese and English is preferred due to cross-functional and cross-cultural collaboration with several global markets.
