Sales Operations Manager Central Government

• Join SoftwareOne's Central Government Operations team in Amsterdam, Netherlands, and make a significant impact! As an Operations Manager, you will implement and perform RFPs, build strong relationships with vendors and clients, and work with government portals like CTM, Mercell, and Tenderned. Ensure SLA's are met within framework contracts like EAP2023. What we need to see from you

In this role, you'll build and maintain positive relationships with collaborators and customers. You'll be the first point of contact for any customer or internal inquiries.

Additionally, you'll find opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling, and relay market signals to the Sales and Services teams. Leading all aspects of service delivery to ensure flawless execution will be key, along with preparing operational meetings and QBR meetings with customers.

You'll support the completion of software license contract renewals, ensure the achievement of quality benchmarks (including minimizing credit memos and churn), and maintain SLA compliance.

You will be responsible for handling the entire RFP process, optimizing margins through vendor negotiations, and taking ownership of specific operational processes to drive continuous improvement. Additionally, you will manage vendors, negotiate contracts, and contribute to tender processes, assessing risks and opportunities associated with ARBIT terms and conditions.

Autonomy in decision-making and process ownership will be critical in driving success in this role!

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Language: Dutch native speaking required.
• Operational Policies: Knowledge of operational policies and procedures and customer service techniques.
• Data Analysis: Ability to gather and analyze internal information to support opportunity developments.
• Strong negotiation and social skills.
• Time Management: Excellent interpersonal, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
• Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
• Work Ethic: Strong work ethic and dedication to delivering high-quality results.
• Collaborator Engagement: Effective engagement with collaborators and the ability to build positive relationships internally.
• Knowledge of working with government customers.
• HBO or equivalent experience.
