In this role, you'll build and maintain positive relationships with collaborators and customers. You'll be the first point of contact for any customer or internal inquiries.
Additionally, you'll find opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling, and relay market signals to the Sales and Services teams. Leading all aspects of service delivery to ensure flawless execution will be key, along with preparing operational meetings and QBR meetings with customers.
You'll support the completion of software license contract renewals, ensure the achievement of quality benchmarks (including minimizing credit memos and churn), and maintain SLA compliance.
You will be responsible for handling the entire RFP process, optimizing margins through vendor negotiations, and taking ownership of specific operational processes to drive continuous improvement. Additionally, you will manage vendors, negotiate contracts, and contribute to tender processes, assessing risks and opportunities associated with ARBIT terms and conditions.
Autonomy in decision-making and process ownership will be critical in driving success in this role!
