Job Title: Mechanical Systems Coordinator or Engineer

Location: OKC

Salary: $80K - $100K

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Systems Coordinator or Engineer to provide technical oversight and lifecycle management of mechanical HVAC systems for our client. This role involves collaborating with contracted engineers, construction teams, and facilities maintenance to ensure high-quality mechanical system performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical oversight and ensure compliance with mechanical system specifications and designs.
  • Perform lifecycle cost analysis and validate system performance against design intent.
  • Conduct quality control inspections of mechanical installations and system modifications.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop technical standards, maintenance procedures, and system optimization initiatives.
  • Support construction projects and provide technical expertise during commissioning and turnover.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience with lifecycle cost analysis, quality control processes, and mechanical system design.
  • 5+ years of experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS) and commercial HVAC systems.
  • Preferred: PE license, Certified Energy Manager (CEM), PMP certification, and HVAC/R technical certifications.
