Morstan General Agency, LLC (TSGA) seeks a Sales Rep. - Entry Level in Morristown, New Jersey.
Marketing & Sales – Solicit, establish, and maintain rapport with prospective and assigned retail agents to secure new and renewal business as well as participate in USLI’s 50/50 Sales training program.
Salary range is between 50k and 65k based on experience.
Candidates will be engaged in 24-month training and development program that will prepare the participant to become a superior insurance professional. The focus of the training program will be to increase new submissions, quotes, binders and premium over the phone.

Pay Range
50000 - 65000 Annual
The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
