The Smart Automation organization in Visa Client Services focuses on leveraging tools and platforms to elevate the client and cardholder experience, making engagement with Visa simple, intuitive, and rewarding. The team is responsible for defining and developing scalable automation solutions that enable efficiency across the organization.
The Consultant will be responsible for executing automation initiatives that both enhance self-service capabilities for Visa Clients as well as drive efficiencies for Visa Employees. This Sr. Consultant will work with teams across Client Services to identify, evaluate and execute automation solutions.
This person should have experience as a power user and configurator of enterprise tools. Experience is also required in coordinating with the technology organization to leverage key enterprise platforms that allow for business configuration.
A strong candidate will have experience delivering working solutions. This requires being on a product management team and experience in release management, cross-functional team leadership, superb communication skills, business analysis, excellent understanding of leveraging technology to complete both simple and complex tasks.
Essential Functions
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 105,900.00 to 153,550.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
