The Smart Automation organization in Visa Client Services focuses on leveraging tools and platforms to elevate the client and cardholder experience, making engagement with Visa simple, intuitive, and rewarding. The team is responsible for defining and developing scalable automation solutions that enable efficiency across the organization.

The Consultant will be responsible for executing automation initiatives that both enhance self-service capabilities for Visa Clients as well as drive efficiencies for Visa Employees. This Sr. Consultant will work with teams across Client Services to identify, evaluate and execute automation solutions. 

This person should have experience as a power user and configurator of enterprise tools. Experience is also required in coordinating with the technology organization to leverage key enterprise platforms that allow for business configuration.

A strong candidate will have experience delivering working solutions. This requires being on a product management team and experience in release management, cross-functional team leadership, superb communication skills, business analysis, excellent understanding of leveraging technology to complete both simple and complex tasks. 

Essential Functions

  • End-to-end product management responsibilities for client self-service delivery including all aspects from product ideation, requirements definition, implementation management, commercialization opportunities, client outreach and communications, analytics/KPIs, and internal training
  • Engage with Product, Technology, as well as global and regional Client Service leaders to define the strategy and vision, milestones, and strategies for client self-service capabilities
  • Partner with UX to define Design standards for self-service delivery to drive consistency across self-service capabilities and tools
  • Assess ecosystem readiness for enhancement releases and leverage analysis to assess adoption and deployment success

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
  • Experience taking initial requirements and producing quick iteration solutions.
  • Experience working full development lifecycle of requirements through testing, implementation, and support.
  • Ability to understand both business and technical concepts.
  • Understanding of forms, data structuring, and reporting.
  • Experience as a PowerUser or Configurator on any enterprise business tool.
  • Familiar with two or more business productivity tools: SharePoint, AutomationAnywhere, PowerApps, PowerAutomate, PowerBI
  • Experience using Agile principles on projects

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 105,900.00 to 153,550.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
