Our client, a country-wide recognized NPO with a great team-oriented culture and room to develop internally is looking for an Billing Specialist to add to their growing team! This role offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic environment, directly contributing to the financial health and operational success of their organization.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of Billing experience or Accounts Receivable
• Hands on Experience with Sage Intacct
• Proficiency in Excel
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Job Description:

• Generate and distribute accurate invoices in a timely manner using Sage Intacct
• Track payments and manage accounts receivable balances to ensure timely collection.
• Perform monthly account reconciliations to maintain billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Address client inquiries and resolve billing issues promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on billing activity, accounts receivable aging, and cash flow.
