The areas covered here range from growth, organisational development and efficiency projects to acquisition and divestment. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Starting January 1st 2025, you have the possibility to become part of our Management Consulting department, a team that gives advice to the BASF group and its business units in the field of general management and is therefore actively supporting the change processes of BASF.

• As a full member of the team you are participate in the preparation, coordination and implementation of management consulting projects for the management of the BASF group.
• Your tasks include the field of strategy, marketing, organization (structures and processes), business optimization and post-merger integration and corporate development.
• Furthermore, you realize sophisticated analyses, support the team in conducting interviews with our clients and prepare the results for our top management.

WHAT YOU OFFER

You don't fit every criteria below? Don't worry, we are looking for individuals who can make a difference and shape our working environment together!

• study of economics or comparable studies with above-average grades, ideally in the advanced semester of studies
• first work experience in an international business consultancy or a comparable in-house consulting department
• familiar with standard IT applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• very good English and German skills
