We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Equipment Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Equipment Engineer, you will play a role in ensuring the optimal performance of our equipment, driving continuous improvement, and contributing to the success of our operations.

Job Description

In your new role you will:

• Performs all tasks and responsibilities of Senior Equipment Engineer.
• Advanced knowledge of performance that directly impacts own functional area with prescribed parameters and an indirect impact on related areas
• Contribution to continuous improvement programs via initiating &executing projects to improve Overall Equipment Efficiency, OEE in termof Speed, Cost & Quality
• Troubleshoot equipment failures, implement corrective action &preventive actions
• Responsible for start-up until RFP (release for production) of new or transferred used equipment to support production ramp
• Provide training in Equipment Maintenance and develop new engineers and technicians

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronic/Mechatronic/Mechanical Engineering
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in equipment background, specifically in semiconductor or related manufacturing, 
• Familiarity with automatic inspection machines, optical machines, testers, and probers.
• Good command of English and Strong communication skills
