Express Employment Dayton South, West Carrollton, is looking for an energetic, self-motivated, and professional CDL A Truck Driver to join our Transportation team! The ideal candidate will support our mission, and embody our core values of diversity, integrity, passion, professionalism, respect, and responsibility.

Home daily and most loads are drop and hook. Less than 4 points required on MVR.

Required Travel: 100%.

Position Type: Hourly Full-Time.

Salary Range: $26.00/hour.

Qualifications:

Three to five years Tractor Trailer driving experience. Ability to operate a truck per motor vehicle operations manual. Most loads are drop and hook. Background check, drug screen and medical card required. 

Primary Duties/Responsibilities

• Transport goods and merchandise between various sites and locations as directed by upper management and transportation supervisor.
• Maintains vehicles maintenance records and operates vehicles in a courteous and safe manner.
• Reports any unsafe vehicle conditions to District Manager.
• Picks up donated materials from collection points, or retail/industrial donors.
• Delivers retail shipments/donations to stores and assists in loading/unloading.
• Maintains delivery receipts in accordance with agency policy.
• Must observe all safety regulations set by the state, federal government, and the agency.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
