Senior Tech Delivery Manager, Belgrade office

Key Responsibilities: 

Lead Delivery Excellence 

• Manage and oversee delivery of complex technical projects, ensuring the successful and impactful delivery, aiming to exceed client expectations and add long-term value 
• Implement risk management strategies by proactively identifying potential issues, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring timely resolution 
• Lead change management processes, ensuring that any changes to project scope or direction are well-managed and communicated effectively to all stakeholders 
• Build trusted relationships and maintain effective communication with stakeholders, understanding their needs and aligning solutions to strategic goals

Team Leadership: 

• Inspire, mentor, and lead high-performing technical teams 
• Collaborate with cross-functional and distributed teams (development, testing, operations, etc.) 
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the adoption of new tools, technologies, and processes to improve project delivery efficiency
• Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and improve processes for future deliveries 

Strategic Oversight:

• Act as a key decision-maker in resource allocation, risk management, and quality assurance 
• Stay ahead of technology trends and advocate for solutions that bring competitive advantages to our clients 

You are a right candidate if you have: 

• 10+ years of overall experience in various IT roles and/or across different companies (Software development background would be preferred) 
• Minimum 5 years of experience in successfully delivering multiple projects or managing multiple teams and clients simultaneously in international service-oriented companies 
• Hands-on experience in seeing at least one project from initial code development to production 
• Ability to think big-picture while managing details and priorities effectively
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English 
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with experience presenting to executive-level stakeholders 

Nice to Have: 

• Experience in fintech domain, including an understanding of its unique challenges and requirements
• Proven track-record in collaboration with support teams within a company 
• Ability to foster a positive culture and promote a growth mindset within the team 
• Extensive network within the IT industry and university partnerships to stay ahead of market trends 
• Intuition to recognize and establish contact with new clients, proactively driving new business opportunities, and expanding existing client relationships to contribute to company growth
