Clemens Food Group seeks a Process Improvement Engineer (Process Engineer II) to join our dynamic team. This role offers an opportunity to make a measurable impact by driving efficiency, innovation, and operational excellence within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Working with cross-functional teams, you’ll utilize your expertise in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement to solve complex challenges and enhance performance.

Who you are:

  • A strategic problem-solver with a background in Industrial Engineering, Continuous Improvement, or similar roles.
  • Experienced in applying lean tools, Six Sigma methodologies, and data-driven insights to optimize processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with strong project management skills.
  • A proactive and collaborative professional who thrives in a team setting, driving sustainable improvements and innovative solutions.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead process optimization initiatives, including capacity enhancement, cost reduction, and quality improvement efforts.
  • Drive continuous improvement using lean manufacturing tools like root cause analysis, Kaizen, and SPC.
  • Develop and sustain operational standards for labor, yield, and materials while conducting regular audits.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to identify opportunities and execute projects with measurable ROI.
