Main Duties & Responsibilities

Primary Job Role

Conducts machine operations training to sales force (group training).

Provides customer operators with new machine operations training.

Conducts machine demonstrations to customers and conducts machine demonstrations to sales force.

Conducts machine follow-ups after new machine deliveries to customers.

Traveling to Branches to conduct training sessions/machine demonstrations.

Assist and work with salesmen on customer training and demonstrations.

Troubleshooting new product performance issues for customers.

Assists the Company in any necessary duties to achieve Company goals.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

Formal Education: High School diploma or GED

Experience:5-6 years

Required / Credentials

Able to easily and effectively comprehend written material and communicate orally and in writing with employees and customers.

Minimum 5 years of Heavy Equipment operation required.

The ability to pass rigorous testing to obtain CDI (Certified Dealer Instructor) status.

Must be comfortable with large groups during demos, deliveries, and classroom training.

Not Required but Highly Desired Criteria

Bachelor’s Degree from a four year college or university or related equivalent experience preferred.

Updating of Knowledge

Job requirements change requiring re-training to stay current every 1-2 years.
