RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordination and monitoring of staff, scheduling systems, payroll and timekeeping systems, educational tracking systems and other systems that support the Nurse Manager
Customer service to patients, staff and medical team members
Interviewing and recommending the selection of candidates
Ordering of unit supplies, equipment and facilities management
Take a proactive role in efficient operations of the unit
Responsible for the overall leadership and supervision of the Patient Services Specialist and other assigned staff
Managing, collecting and reporting of unit data
QUALIFICATIONS
A Bachelor’s Degree in a medically related or public relations field
AND
One year experience in a healthcare setting which includes lead responsibility
OR
An equivalent combination of education/experience
