Estamos en busca de un(a) profissional para la position de Analista para el equipo de Revenue Management Mexico. En esta posicion, vas conducir temas relativos a Collections y demas areas relacionadas con el objetivo de reducir los impactos de revenue a traves del relacionamento y colaboracion con el equipo de Ventas, Collections, O2C, Operaciones y Finanzas.

Responsibilities

  • Relacion con los vendedores, líderes de ventas, collections, O2C, sales operations, finazas y demas areas promovendo la influencia y colaboracion
  • Reunir y analisar datos, tendencias, oportunidades y propor acciones
  • Creacion y manutencion de dashboards
  • Monitorear los principales indicadores para lograr los objetivos de trimestre
  • Analisis de facturacion y contratos
  • Organizacion y controle das las operaciones diarias y demandas para execucion on timing
  • Armar relatorios ejecutivos para presentar metricas, insights y acciones promoviendo mejor comunicacion y colaboracion
  • Implementacion de iniciativas que beneficien los stakeholders y las areas relacionadas

Career Level - IC4

Performs budgeting, planning, and analysis activities for sales operations. Reviews capital expenditures and analyzes sales-related expenses associated with such things as the order pipeline, bookings, revenue forecasting, revenue reporting, sales productivity and goal attainment. Performs regular variance analysis for expenses and budgets. Evaluates pricing structures to ensure fit with company objectives. Effectively incorporates client delivery schedules and operational changes into future revenue forecasts and revenue timeline considerations. Maintains and enhances sales force automation systems, product/service costing models, and margin management tools/systems to effectively monitor and manage revenue/expenses. May develop sales quote tools.
