Main Tasks

Technical & Product

&bull Research brands and relevant industries and stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends

&bull Generate, edit, publish and share daily digital content pieces, including but not limited to social posts and video annotations, etc.

&bull Create fresh, new, and interesting ideas and convey them that effectively adopt the tone of the proposed brand/campaign

Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency

&bull Understand the brand character and deliver content that is adherent to its TOV

&bull Develop online social media campaign ideas for specific target audiences while succinctly communicating brand positioning and internal KPIs

&bull Align multiple brand strategies and messaging ideas within the copy

Innovative & Analytical Mindset

&bull Brainstorm fresh content ideas and collaborate with team members as necessary

&bull Constantly reinforce understanding of what motivates online consumer behavior and audience social media actions and desires

&bull Produce content within tight turnaround timelines

&bull Be a thought leader on emerging content trends across social platforms

&bull Strong grasp of social media space and online media jargon and technology

&bull Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment

Responsibilities

Responsibility and Focus

A Copy Writer will spearhead social media content development for online branded campaigns with excellent storytelling skills and the ability to make any product or brand interesting and exciting.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a team-based, high-paced, and detail-oriented environment. The candidate will ensure the content created adheres to voice, brand, and quality standards. The candidate will work closely with the strategy and creative teams to implement successful content marketing initiatives for clients. He/She will be working with strategists and art directors in content development, from planning to execution and delivery.

Qualifications

Education and Experience Required

&bull At least 4 years of experience in concept creation and have a clear understanding of the difference between a communication concept and an exceptional idea.

&bull Mastery in developing copy for large cross-channel and/or direct-marketing initiatives across media, both online and off

&bull Bachelor&rsquos Degree in the appropriate field of study
