Job Overview: 

We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager to manage digital ordering channels as part of the overall mobile and in-store ordering experience. We are seeking someone with a background in digital and app product management who can evaluate technical opportunities, risks, and trade-offs from a product management and business perspective. 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Define and communicate product success criteria, KPIs, and desired outcomes. 
  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, Analytics, Engineering and Support 
  • Plan & lead initiatives from inception to market launch 
  • Synthesize Guest, Team member and Field feedback into actionable improvements while conducting quant/qual research to enhance customer experiences. 
  • Review sales, profitability, and operational KPIs to make informed decisions, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for effective implementation. 
  • Manage and prioritize the mobile app and first party opportunities to drive impactful business results 
  • Work closely with technology vendor partners, including delivery partners, to manage relationships and ensure full understanding and relevant utilization of available capabilities. 
  • Partner with 3rd-party aggregators to enhance visibility, engagement, and conversions through optimized menu architecture, content management, and seamless integrations. 
  • Lead innovation of in-store experiences and digital technologies (digital screens, scanners, Kiosks) to boost customer acquisition, frequency, retention, and average check. 
  • Keep stakeholders informed of progress; ensure executive sponsors and others are aware of any potential roadblocks or inability to deliver as committed 

Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years experience working in a product marketing capacity (partnered with product management and/or engineering to represent market requirements) and/or with operational technology (partnering with technology teams to build frictionless in store experiences) 
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred 
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (technology, operations, product) to drive results 
  • Proven experience building vendor relationships with the objective of growing sales. 
  • High level of comfortability navigating emerging sales channels to identify how to improve our crew and customer experiences 
  • Data-driven mindset with an ability to interpret analytics to drive decisions and strategy 
  • Passionate champion of the Guest to drive exceptional digital and loyalty experiences 
  • Start-up mentality, eager to move quickly and work with a lean team 
  • Highly curious, always looking to learn and stay ahead of trends 
  • Technical knowledge to bridge the gap between business side and Engineering/IT side 
  • Experience using SQL, Excel, or similar tools 
  • Preferred experience in QSR, Retail, food delivery, technology, or related industry
