The Manager, Field Operations is responsible for driving operational excellence and supporting franchise partners across a designated region. Acting as an in-house expert on restaurant operations, standards, and best practices, this role collaborates closely with franchise leadership teams to enhance guest satisfaction, improve profitability, and uphold brand standards. Reporting to the Senior Manager, this position provides hands-on guidance in brand standards, training, and operational improvements, ensuring that franchisees have the tools and resources needed to succeed.

Requirements:  

  • Strong understanding of the QSR industry and restaurant operations 
  • Preferred experience working specifically at Chicken QSR brands 
  • 5+ years experience in the large-scale restaurant setting, both Corporate and Field, ideally previous experience as a Quick Service Restaurant Manager and Area Coach/District Manager/Operations Manager 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build meaningful business relationships 
  • Highly organized, motivated and a team player 
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to influence others 
  • Business acumen & dexterity with qualitative business concepts 
  • Ability to thrive in an autonomous, fast-paced and deadline-driven environment 
  • Proficient in using Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Portuguese, English & Spanish language skills.

  • Ability to breakdown and benchmark both Popeyes and competitor operations

Technical Skills 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint 
  • Able to learn new software: Tableau; Business Objects; Zendesk; OPS related software 
  • Intimate knowledge of restaurant operations, demonstrated through significant in-restaurant experience 

Travel: 

Position requires ad-hoc travel to countries throughout the LAC region.
