We are looking for a talented and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic Product Development Team. In this exciting role, you will be instrumental in the development of Infrastructure as Code, providing technical support to both DevOps and Development Teams, and ensuring seamless integration and delivery of applications within an Agile environment (SCRUM or Kanban).

As a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our production systems. You will work closely with development and DevOps teams to monitor systems, manage incidents, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining high availability, implementing best practices in system design, and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.

What will make you succeed in this position?

• Experience in IT system supervision and alerting
• Experience in IT architecture management and IT security tools.
• Experience of CI/CD pipelines in a DevOps environment.
• Experience of Public Cloud environments, especially AWS.
• Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Relevant work experience in Devops/system engineering
• Process management training or certification desirable.
• ITIL certification is appreciated.

Your mission in the role will be:

• Ensure the operational stability and performance of the application together with the developers and devops by developping testing procedures, run tests and approvals process.
• Develop and maintain monitoring, alerting, and incident response systems to ensure high availability and performance (Dynatrace – prometheus – grafana).
• Be part of incident-, problem- and change management team for relevant systems.
• Conduct post-incident reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical systems.
• Implement and advocate for best practices in system design, architecture, and operations.
• Ensure compliance and quality of the respective specifications and guidelines of the company and legislation (e.g., security, service definitions).
