Position Summary
The Operations and Decision Technologies (ODT) Department of the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University – Bloomington invites applications for open rank non-tenure track clinical faculty positions in Operations Management (OM) to begin Fall 2025. The ODT Department consists of the Information Systems, Operations Management, and Decision Sciences groups and offers Operations and Supply Chain Management programs at the undergraduate, Masters, and Doctoral levels.
Basic Qualifications
For a candidate to be considered at the Clinical classification, a PhD, DBA or ABD in operations management or supply chain management, or related fields is required, and the candidate should have professional experience in Operations or Supply Chain Management. The PhD degree must be completed by August 2025. Candidates should have demonstrated excellence in and breadth of teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels at a major university, ideally demonstrating proficiency for in-residence teaching. The primary teaching responsibilities of these positions involve operations and supply chain management courses as well as business analytics courses in the undergraduate and master’s in-residence programs. The ability to teach AI applications in OM is also desirable.
