Role Summary
URBN is looking for a detail-oriented Associate Manager, Marketing Feeds to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, testing, and optimizing our product feeds across Search, Social, Programmatic, and other paid and owned channels. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including Brand Marketing, eCommerce, Operations, Analytics, and Product teams, to drive improvements in feed accuracy and performance. You will be responsible for helping our brands to manage and QA customizations and updates to our Feed based on ever-changing platform best practices and for Marketing campaign changes and promotions, troubleshooting issues, conducting audits, and identifying testing opportunities, and ensuring compliance with platform requirements.
Role Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily management and optimization of product data feeds that go out to marketing partners (e.g., Google Merchant Center, Meta Catalog, etc.) from our central Feeds hub.
- Work closely with Brand channel owners and Marketing partners to ensure feeds are aligned with product strategies, business goals, and marketing campaigns; act as a main point of contact for all feed-related inquiries and updates.
- Ensure all product attributes (titles, descriptions, prices, inventory) are accurate, updated, and aligned with communicated brand objectives.
- Partner with Brand teams and channel owners to QA changes as they are made.
- Optimize feeds to improve ad performance and drive higher conversions across multiple Media and Marketing channels.
- Collaborate with brand paid media teams to enhance feed customizations and targeting.
- Ensure that product feeds are integrated and compliant with the requirements and best practices of key advertising platforms (Google Shopping, Meta, including Paid, Organic, and Commerce use cases, etc.).
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to feed errors, disapproved products, or missing attributes.
- Perform regular audits for accuracy, ensuring consistency between the product data provided in the feed and what appears on the website or other marketing materials. Work with cross functional teams to resolve discrepancies in product data.
- Track and report on feed performance, identify testing opportunities, and provide insights into feed-related issues and opportunities for optimization.

Role Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Business or related field
- 2+ years experience managing product data feeds for Marketing and eCommerce applications. Strong knowledge of best practices by various digital marketing channels/platforms i.e. Google, Meta, Affiliates, etc.
- Strong understanding of product feed management and syndication, including feed formats, attributes, and customizations. Experience with feed management tools (e.g., Feedonomics, Shopify, or others) is required.
- Ability to analyze feed performance data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations. Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; familiar with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and consistency in product data. Ability to catch discrepancies and errors before they impact campaigns or platform integrations.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks cross-functionally with various brand teams and stakeholders. Properly translate technical feed-related details into clear, actionable insights
- Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve issues related to feed errors, data discrepancies, or platform compliance quickly and efficiently.
