Location: Russell, KS

Job Description:

We are seeking motivated Production Workers for a physically demanding, entry-level position in Russell, KS. This role offers two distinct opportunities:

Yard Worker (Outdoor):

• Load and unload rail cars.
• Move rail cars using specialized equipment.
• Operate forklifts and skid steers.
• Perform tasks involving heavy lifting, bending, and working in various weather conditions.

Gluten Worker (Indoor):

• Manage and monitor machinery in a non-climate-controlled, dusty environment.
• Perform basic maintenance as needed.
• Work with flour and other materials, frequently moving between multiple levels of the machinery to ensure proper operation.
• Requires climbing and walking for much of the shift.

Schedule:

• Rotating shifts: 2 weeks on nights, 2 weeks on days.
• 10–12-hour shifts, standing and active throughout the entire shift.

Pay Rate: $21/HR
