Express Employment is currently seeking candidates. valid driver’s license; problem solving & troubleshooting skills; ability to read blueprints; forklift certification preferred but can be trained; great attendance; An Associate Degree in electronic technology is preferred, automated manufacturing systems, or related experience. Surface mount equipment experience also a plus.

Formal classroom instruction or demonstrated ability in the following:

Electricity/basic 

Basic hydraulics

Electricity for machine repair 

Industrial mechanic fundamentals

Industrial machine repair/basic 

PLC’s

Maintenance Tech

• determines & performs necessary mechanical & electrical repairs to production equipment
• works from prints and wiring diagrams to fabricate parts and/or solve problems
• performs preventative maintenance duties
• orders parts or supplies as needed
• works independently to maintain plant, tools and equipment
• assists in implementation of new equipment
• assists with training machine attendants to ensure smooth operation of production equipment
• proactive member on continuous improvement teams
