Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is seeking a All-Source Intelligence Analyst
MTSI All-Source Analyst will participate in regional threat wargames and develop analytic insights on military force employment as well as provide focused expertise enabling long term research, analysis, assessment, and production of military force employment topics in support of the National Air and Space Intelligence Center at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB), Ohio. A successful candidate will work to enable military force employment topics such as specific threat environment scenarios to frame and scope vignette, mission-level, and engagement-level elements of potential adversary campaign planning and execution analysis and assessment. The candidate will work as part of a team comprised of military, government, and other contractors to achieve high confidence answers to problems of interest on-site at WPAFB.

Responsibilities
&bull Collect and analyze intelligence data from various sources including open source, classified, and internal/external databases.
&bull Develop comprehensive intelligence reports and briefings for stakeholders, highlighting key findings and actionable insights.
&bull Monitor and evaluate emerging threats and trends to provide timely and accurate intelligence assessments.
&bull Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate intelligence findings into operational planning and decision-making processes.
&bull Maintain and update intelligence databases and systems to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
&bull Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate potential threats.
&bull Stay current with industry developments, best practices, and emerging technologies in intelligence analysis.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
&bull Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, Engineering, International Relations, Political Science, or a related field. Master&rsquos degree preferred.
&bull Minimum of 15+ years of experience in all-source intelligence analysis or a related field.
&bull Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex information from multiple sources.
&bull Proficiency in using intelligence databases, tools, and software.
&bull Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
&bull Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
&bull Security clearance: TS/SCI
Desired Qualifications:
&bull Experience with Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Human Intelligence (HUMINT), or Cyber Intelligence.
&bull Foreign language proficiency.
&bull Knowledge of global political and security issues.
