We are seeking an On-Trade Sales Supervisor to join Pernod Ricard Türkiye. In this key role, you will oversee on-trade operations, ensuring seamless execution of business strategies, compliance with regulations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervisory Leadership

  • Lead, train, and supervise on-trade teams, ensuring alignment with company standards and high performance.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth.

2. Operational Excellence

  • Manage day-to-day on-trade operations, ensuring efficient processes and adherence to service quality standards.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to maintain consistency and minimize inefficiencies.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels in collaboration with relevant teams to ensure optimal stock management.

3. Enhancing Customer Experience

  • Execute strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty in on-trade environments.
  • Address customer feedback and resolve concerns to uphold Pernod Ricard’s premium brand image.

4. Relationship Management

  • Build and sustain relationships with key partners, suppliers, and stakeholders to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive promotional activities and maximize sales opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: At least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role in the alcohol, beverage, or FMCG industry; 2–3 years of direct on-trade or FMCG sector experience is preferred.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of on-trade operations, alcohol regulations, and safety standards.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex situations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with inventory management systems, Point of Sale (POS) systems, and ERP software. Proficiency in MS Office Suite is required.
  • Flexibility: Availability to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Language Skills: Intermediate-level English proficiency to understand and respond to basic instructions.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
