Skilled Finish Carpenter

Job Description

We are looking for three additional construction laborers to join our team. The role involves various tasks related to new home construction, including site cleanup, pouring footings, transporting materials to jobsites, light carpentry, and organizing materials at the shop.

Responsibilities

• Perform site cleanup to ensure a safe and tidy working environment
• Pour footings and assist in foundational tasks
• Transport materials to various jobsites as needed
• Engage in light carpentry work including framing and finish carpentry
• Organize materials and tools at the shop
• Assist with concrete work and installation tasks
• Handle general labor duties such as landscaping and rebar work

Essential Skills

• Experience in construction or landscaping (1+ year required)
• Proficiency in carpentry, both framing and finish carpentry
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Skilled in using hand tools and power tools
• Familiarity with tape measuring and material handling

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with rebar and concrete work
• General labor and landscaping experience

Work Environment

You will be working on the construction of high-end, multi-million dollar homes. The work schedule is from 7 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. The role involves working with various construction tools and materials in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

This is a Contract position based out of Omaha, Nebraska.
