JOB SUMMARY:

The Innovation Implementation Manager will be customer-obsessed and have a passion for doing what's right for customers, franchisees and store teams. They will execute a coordinated and continuous, agile, cross-functional process to ensure continuous improvement in the communication and execution of of Innovation

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

• Manage the communication, planning, training, testing and verification of innovative platforms and equipment approved by the Innovation Steering Committee
• Installation will include store selection, floor plan development, Operations alignment and coordination of installation crews
• Communication includes SEI Operations alignment, Store level alignment, KVI measurements and timelines
• Coordinate successful training of respective store teams
• Prepare and provide weekly update reports regarding installations and key metrics

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

EDUCATION: Bachelors/4 Yr Degree

YEARS OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE: 4+ years

YEARS OF MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE: NA

CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSES: NA

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Organizational Change Management experience - multi unit retailer
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-starter who can build a structure and produce actionable outputs from variety of data sources
• High attention to detail; strong executive presences
• Operational and Merchandising experience a plus
