TEK systems is hiring Sales Development Representatives to work with a large software company in Atlanta, GA!
Hybrid schedule - onsite 2 days a week; remote 3 days a week
Pay: 22/hr + monthly bonus incentives
Position Details: Sales Development Representative (inbound, outbound, or chats!)
This role could be involved with multiple parts of the sales cycle. They are looking for flexible candidates that are open to moving around where needed.
After training, will be moved to one of the following roles: Either Inbound & Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) as well as Chat SDRs. Will be utilizing discovery skills to make sure they are: Understanding business needs, fully qualifying the lead and then getting them set up with an Account Executive who will be closing the sale. Outbound callers will be individuals that are self-motivated and will be making calls for campaigns they will be working. Will get moved around to different campaigns so must be open to change. Well spoken conversationalists.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in business development, lead qualification, cold calling
