Job Description

  • Develop detailed project plans to track progress of assigned productions.
  • Identify and manage suppliers, costs & quotes.
  • Create and own retro-plans for production planning and scheduling.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Account Management, Finance, Creative etc.) to deliver production assets.
  • Liaise with third party suppliers locally and on the African continent.
  • Source and recommend production houses in relevant country for production purposes
  • Travel to production locations and organize & lead on-ground production support.
  • Responsible for organizing logistics of staff attendance at productions (e.g. travel, accommodation etc.)
  • Maintain a good working relationship with all suppliers.

  • Notify timeously if a deadline will be missed/not met and report delays, problems, issues or difficulty on jobs.
  • Collaborate in delivering production commitments and meeting deadlines.
  • Manage the process to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Where necessary manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Be the key point of contact on status of assigned productions.
  • Implement work processes as required by Publicis Groupe.

Qualifications

Good tertiary qualification.

Training in Project Management will be added value.

A good command of the English language (both verbal and written)

Proficiency in Office programs – Word, Microsoft, Excel, PowerPoint
