What this opportunity involves:

Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for holistic real estate management and a drive to deliver exceptional client satisfaction? JLL is seeking an experienced Facilities Director/Lead to join our team and make a significant impact on our client's real estate portfolio and scale future account growth.

Overview of the role:

  • Deliver contractual obligations, achieving financial goals and KPIs
  • Manage profit, loss, and growth of the portfolio
  • Implement holistic real estate management approaches, including facilities management, upgrading, and space optimization
  • Ensure high standards of safety, building maintenance, and legislative compliance
  • Support corporate and regional strategies for client retention and organic growth
  • Act as the ANZ/SEA regional point of contact for the Account
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-Suite executives and client real estate leaders
  • Oversee account operations, including resource management and technology implementation
  • Develop property budgets and forecasts aligned with client finance calendars
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and manage fee collection
