We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with 10 to 13 years of experience to join our dynamic team.

The candidate will play a crucial role in driving our Salesforce initiatives and ensuring seamless integration and customization.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SFDC Data, SFDC Development & Customization Salesforce Experience, Cloud Salesforce DevOPS, SFDC Lightning and SFDC Configuration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
• Oversee the customization and configuration of Salesforce applications.
• Provide technical expertise in SFDC Data management and integration.
• Ensure the effective implementation of Salesforce Experience Cloud.
• Drive the adoption of Salesforce DevOPS practices to streamline development processes.
• Develop and maintain SFDC Lightning components to enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Implement best practices for SFDC Configuration to optimize system performance.
• Mentor and guide junior developers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and industry trends.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Necessary skills and experience required:

• Possess a strong background in SFDC Data management and integration.
• Demonstrate expertise in SFDC Development & Customization.
• Have hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud.
• Show proficiency in Salesforce DevOPS practices.
• Exhibit advanced skills in SFDC Lightning development.
• Be well-versed in SFDC Configuration best practices.
• Nice to have experience in Industry Essentials and Devices domain.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions.
