ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receive, inspect, and document returned products.
  • Perform repairs according to technical specifications and company repair procedures.
  • Replace defective components.
  • Complete detailed repair reports documenting procedures, findings, and parts used.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with gaming equipment, perform disassembly, and replace defective parts according to guidelines.
  • Perform electrical and mechanical tests to ensure gaming equipment repairs meet quality standards.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and order replacements as needed.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, chat, or in person.
  • Resolve customer issues to their satisfaction and handle escalated situations with composure.
  • Perform shipping/receiving tasks such as visually inspecting goods, filling orders, preparing documents.
  • Operate material handling equipment and perform general warehouse tasks as assigned.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures.

Education & Experience 

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in basic electronics or mechanical repair or troubleshooting.
  • Solid understanding of electronic and mechanical principles and schematics
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous with a strong commitment to quality
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Ability to lift up to 50lbs unassisted.

Working Conditions:

This position will be exposed to warehouse working conditions, vibration, improperly illuminated or awkward and confining workspaces. Exposure to some degree of varying seasonal temperatures and outside weather conditions. Working above ground level where the possibility of falling exists. Loud noises typical.
