The Team and the Job
We are Global Marketing Services - an in-house partner of Siemens that covers all needs and challenges in the areas of marketing and sales. Are you passionate about delivering top-notch global marketing projects in marketing and sales for one of the largest European companies? We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Project Manager to join our team in Prague and support various Siemens business units in their marketing projects and tasks.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with Clients: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Plan and Execute: Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports.
- Lead Meetings: Facilitate project meetings and workshops.
- Ensure Quality: Oversee the smooth and high-quality execution of all projects.
- Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal clients and vendors.
What We’re Looking For:
- Educational Background: Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 4 years of work experience in marketing, ideally at an international company, in a consulting environment, or in managing marketing projects.
- Marketing Knowledge: A firm marketing foundation and an extensive general knowledge of common marketing and sales concepts and methods, ideally in a B2B context.
- Project Support: Practical experience working on international projects in various fields and industries. Confident handling of MS Office is required.
- Curiosity and Learning: A curious mind and a fast learner.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and networking skills.
- Communication Skills: Ability to act calmly and confidently even in difficult situations and communicate eloquently at all hierarchical levels.
- Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing client needs and priorities.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders, sponsors, and team members regarding project goals, deliverables, expectations, and progress.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, with the ability to explain complex topics in an engaging way. Fluent German is a plus.
