Job Summary: The Senior Analyst, Operations Training Execution, Field is responsible for delivering comprehensive training, coaching, and operational support to company-owned and franchise restaurants. This role focuses on enhancing in-restaurant team capabilities, improving operational performance, and ensuring consistent guest experiences across all locations. By working directly with restaurant managers, franchisees, and field teams, this role supports onboarding, training, and implementation of operational standards in line with brand initiatives

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site visits to train restaurant teams on operational standards, providing one-on-one coaching and personal instruction.
  • Deliver both virtual and classroom-based training sessions, focusing on core competencies in operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a set number of certified training restaurants and ensure consistent delivery of training programs aligned with brand standards
  • Analyze and interpret operational metrics such as guest satisfaction, speed of service, and cleanliness, developing action plans for performance improvement.
  • Track and report on training effectiveness and operations performance, including key metrics like OSAT, GURU completion, and service times.
  • Partner with field and district managers to address areas of opportunity, implement improvements, and enhance restaurant profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Technology, Marketing) to support new initiatives and technology deployments.
  • Develop and update training materials, presentations, and tools for restaurant teams, ensuring relevance and accessibility for all users.
  • Drive the execution of leadership development programs, mentorship initiatives, and the Easy to Run Conversion Program for streamlined restaurant operations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for training-related inquiries, troubleshooting operational issues, and supporting field teams.
  • Communicate with internal and external teams on training needs, progress, and program effectiveness, adapting delivery based on audience needs.
  • Support franchisee and restaurant teams in achieving operational goals through guidance on best practices and new operational tools.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in restaurant operations, training, or learning and development.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to tailor content to diverse audiences.
  • Skilled in data analysis and performance metrics tracking, with a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% to provide on-site support and training as needed.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and knowledge of SCORM files, HTML, or content authoring tools.
  • Restaurant or franchise experience is a plus.
