We are seeking a Manager In Training - Housekeeping to join our team in Savannah, GA. The ideal candidate will have experience in housekeeping and management, and be eager to learn and grow in their career.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the housekeeping staff and ensuring that all rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standards
• Train and develop new housekeeping staff members
• Assist in scheduling and assigning tasks to housekeeping staff
• Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stocked
• Assist in conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to housekeeping staff
• Assist in managing the budget for the housekeeping department
• Ensure that all safety and sanitation standards are met
• Assist in resolving guest complaints related to housekeeping

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in housekeeping and/or management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
