The Springs at Lake Oswego is seeking a Staffing Coordinator for our Health Services team to work with our beloved seniors. Our team's success and the well-being of our residents are dependent on hiring great people with a strong commitment to customer service and quality healthcare.
Responsibilities:
- Building and updating employee schedule for our health services department - includes caregivers and med techs
- Participating in on-call rotation to respond to employee call outs - finding or providing coverage for open shifts
- Working caregiving and med tech shifts as needed
- Coordinating training schedules for new-hires
- Ensuring updated training records are updated for health services department
Qualifications:
- Must have 3-5 years of experience working as a Caregiver/Med Tech in senior living or equivalent
- Experience creating employee schedules preferred
- Experience as a mentor or trainer preferred
- Criminal History Check and Drug Screen required

Job Type: Full-time This is a Salary Non-Exempt position with eligibility for overtime
