Job Description

Purple Shift | 4 on 4 off rotation shifts | 6pm - 6am 

In this busy role as a first line manager in the Fulfilment Centre, you will invest in people; ensuring safety, behaviours and following procedures are the team's top priority. You will have an established skill set in engaging the workforce, and positively contribute to team dynamic and culture on site as a role model.

Core Responsibilities

  • Ensure that health and safety is given the highest priority and is considered in all plans, actions and activities.
  • Promote participation in employee surveys
  • Conduct regular 1:1's and performance reviews with all team members
  • Maintain regular communication with interrelated departments, such as technical and engineering, to plan and execute production goals efficiently
  • Ensure worker scheduling and attendance records are up to date
  • Monitor and drive team performance

Who you are

  • Experience leading a team in a fast paced FMCG environment
  • Have a good understanding of HR policies that support behavioural and performance management of your team
  • Obsess over customer and quality
  • Ability to drive Gousto culture, team engagement and provide a sense of purpose to your team
  • Build strong relationships and work in partnership with other
  • departments
  • Good coaching and motivational skills that support the building and development of high performing individuals
  • Experience using Google sheets, and open to learn other tech systems
  • Basic problem solving ability (RCA, 5Why’s)
  • Strong ethics: Honesty, integrity and autonomy

Qualifications

  • Level 2 food safety training
