Position Overview
The Quality Systems Engineer will be a key player in ensuring Hadrian’s quality management processes meet both industry standards and specific customer requirements. This role involves close collaboration with customers to interpret and implement quality requirements within Hadrian’s production framework, with a focus on minimizing disruptions and proactively addressing quality concerns. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a customer-oriented approach, and experience in managing audits and compliance initiatives.

Example: Conducts a gap analysis of new customer requirements and coordinates adjustments to ensure compliance without disrupting production.

Example: Prepares the production team for an audit, ensuring documentation, SOPs, and corrective actions are complete and in line with customer expectations.
Effective Communicator: Capable of articulating quality standards and requirements to both customers and internal teams.
Example: Leads a training session for production staff on a customer’s unique quality standards to ensure compliance across all shifts.
Pragmatic Problem Solver: Questions requirements to understand intent and seeks creative, efficient ways to achieve compliance.
Example: Evaluates a customer’s requirement for strict inspection criteria, proposing an alternative approach that maintains quality while reducing inspection time and costs.
Compensation and Benefits
For this role, the target salary range is $105,000 - $175,000 (actual range may vary based on experience).
This is the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
