Your will be responsible for leading, directing + continuously optimizing your field sales team to deliver customer excellence + sustainable growth across your scope of responsibility while also closing profitable customer deals.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Coordinate all new business development within the region; develop sales leads and assess potential for business; maintain pipeline and manage inter-company opportunities. Identify potential prospects, establish contact and develop customer relationships; target customers that can help increase market share. • To own, monitor + drive all sales activities of the field + inside sales organization.
