Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa is looking for a Hotel Pool Attendant

Job Description: The Hotel Pool Attendant is responsible for ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the hotel pool area. They must be able to provide excellent customer service to guests and maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the pool area to ensure the safety of all guests.
• Enforce pool rules and regulations.
• Provide towels and other amenities to guests.
• Clean and maintain the pool area, including the pool deck, chairs, and umbrellas.
• Assist guests with any questions or concerns they may have.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
