About the team TikTok Shop is an innovative e-commerce solution which enables merchants, brands and creators to sell products directly on TikTok. Being part of the TikTok Shop Design team member, you will be able to utilize qualitative/quantitative studies to collect user feedback, create a deep understanding and empathy for our users, and work cross-functionally with design, product, and marketing teams to meet the business needs. Responsibilities: - Responsible for designing TikTok e-commerce consumer experience to ensure usability and design quality. - Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure continuous iteration and optimization of user experience. - Contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the product team and apply design thinking skills to other areas of the platform (Research, Marketing, Product Education, Customer Success, etc). - Dive deep into different scenarios using UX tools and methods to discover experience issues. - Create and test prototypes early in the design process to build confidence in a solution. - Own every aspect of a product's design, from solving the core user challenge to shipping a well-tested and pixel-perfect UI.
