Ecommerce's Governance and Experience at TikTok is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy not only for our users, but also for sellers and creators. We are looking for an experienced technical product manager to drive creator governance product strategies and solutions for TikTok Shopping in North America regions. As a product manager on our E-commerce team, you will work with teams of engineers, data scientists, operations, product policies and various relevant internal teams to build safety product features and strategies. You will be working on governance and ecosystem features, technical strategies to improve TikTok shopping, as well methods to detect and address risky behaviors and actors in TikTok E-commerce ecosystem. Roles & Responsibilities: - Own product vision and develop product roadmap and strategies for Tiktok Shop's intellectual property and anti-counterfeit solutions - Develop product features to detect and mitigate intellectual property rights (IPR) infringement, improve moderation efficiency and accuracy of IPR related product listings and e-commerce content - Ensure consistent execution of product lifecycle processes from concept to launch, driving value-based prioritization of product development initiatives to ensure maximum value in return. - Develop comprehensive product plans incorporating customer needs, defining the competitive arena, and establishing the objectives, strategies, and actions required to achieve business goals. - Drive product design and implementation through close collaborations with UI/UX designers, Engineers, QAs and XFN trams. - Partner with business counterparts in IPR Policy and Ops, Legal and Compliance, and Data Sciences to identify product capabilities required to deliver the business goals. - Provide insights on product performance and seller behavior, identifying and prioritizing growth opportunities and improvements, defining product requirements for new features and coordinating development efforts as the product owner. - Develop metrics to measure success of product features, analyze results, and partner across the organization to develop action plans and enhancement recommendations.
