Winning! It all starts with growth, winning new business and developing our existing business even further. It will take a clear and succinct go to market strategy developed in partnership with leaders at the territory and country level, and it will require ambition and determination to deliver real value for us and our customers. It won't always be easy, but it will be rewarding, challenging and satisfying. Particularly when you identify what our customers need, and put yourself and Smith+Nephew in a position to achieve that.

What does success look like?
Success in the role will be determined by revenue, growth and margin. We want to win new business, and deliver value for Smith+Nephew, and ultimately our customers. That can take shape by an improved service and efficiency in our business interactions with our customers.
It's the ability to take strategic responsibility for your area, identify opportunities to grow revenue and win new business. Develop ongoing relationships with customers, in turn, we expect such strategic relationships to bring about opportunities, showcase our value provision and improve our sales revenue across the geography to proactively drive growth.
Successful candidates would need the following:
Travel requirements: ~ 75%
