The Dining Room Supervisor is responsible for the management of the dining rooms service to Residents and their guests. Assure a high standard of appearance, hospitality and service in personnel and cleanliness of dining rooms.

We are looking for someone who can teach, mentor and supervise our front of house staff to enhance our dining program. We are looking for people who are authentic and have warmth in how they approach and care for people.

  • Coach and inspire a team of servers, both entry-level and experienced
  • Communicate the clear purpose of excellent restaurant service
  • Implement systems and process to improve the dining room experience for staff and residents
  • Empathize and understand the seniors we serve who have specific needs
  • Demonstrate consistent Performance Management
  • Preforms all duties assigned by the Food and Beverage Director

Qualifications:

  • Proven Leadership experience and successes
  • Weekend availability
  • Prior hospitality experience required
  • Prior food service experience
  • Must pass background check & drug screen

Schedule: Sunday- Thursday
