What you’ll do

The Regional Visual Merchandiser will assist franchisees in all aspects of visual merchandising for them to maximize sales and profits.

  • Responsible for the implementation of all visual merchandising mandates at store level
  • Assist in the new store set ups for various banners
  • Train new and existing store employees on all aspects of retail visual merchandising
  • Provide input and analysis on any developing visual merchandising mandates
  • Ensure company merchandising standards are adhered to
  • Provide reports on individual stores and communicates to District Manager, V.P.A. and Visual Merchandising Manager
  • Assist stores in planning seasonal layouts and product changeover periods

What you bring

  • Diploma in Visual Merchandising or Design 
  • 3-5 years’ experience in visual merchandising in the retail industry. (Apparel and Hard goods)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; Working knowledge of C.A.D. (Computer Assisted Drawing), Photoshop, an asset
  • Bilingual French/English
  • Must have excellent teaching and communication skills
  • Must be able to travel extensively
