PX

We are looking for a Business Analyst to drive data-driven decision-making, streamline processes, and support strategic growth initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities: 

You will work with multiple teams of our global organization (Operations, Sales, Client Success, Finance) to deliver data-driven solutions. Your main responsibilities will be: 

• Responsible for overall business intelligence projects, deliverables, and presentations to stakeholders.
• Extrapolate and deliver powerful insights that help drive our business.
• Gather and consolidate large datasets from various sources and systems within PX to build data products while ensuring data integrity & accuracy.
• Support the development, monitoring, and measurement of results of business key performance indicators.
• Highlight business drivers, perform analysis, and communicate findings to stakeholders for data-driven decision-making.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business problems, identify opportunities to streamline business processes, and develop analytical solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Data Science, Business Analysis, or any other related major. Masters preferred. 
• Fluent English is a must!
• 2+ years experience in Marketing Analytics w/ a focus on performance metrics and predictive modeling.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Python, R, SQL database. 
• Advanced experience with Tableau. 
• Strong analytical thought process, with an ability to interpret data and derive insights. 
• Ability to look for and articulate meaning in numbers and make data-based recommendations.
• Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and in a team setting. 
• Strong communication and presentation skills - must be able to communicate and present data findings, strategic recommendations, trends, and suggested game plans.
• Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills.
