Responsibilities

(Immediately after hiring)

The candidate will supervise daily operation of property and casualty insurance related matters under the finance director/manager with responsibilities including:

  • Conduct policies placement and benchmarking analyses
  • Process insurance claims with the ability to liaise with multiple counterparts to define scope, track progress, handle any issues that arise, and deliver results
  • Advise internal customers on insurance planning
  • Co-work with HQ colleagues to align interest in policies
  • Prepare underwriting information and participate in risk modeling
  • Coordinate internal resources for risk management survey and audits
  • Design and review insurance related policies and procedures

(Scope of change)

There is a reassignment to the work specified by the Company.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor or above degree in Finance, Engineering, Legal or Insurance with excellent Japanese and conversation level of English or Mandarin
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimum 8-year working experiences in insurance related field; proven experience in client facing or project coordinating is a plus
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and team player
  • Skilled in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in multinational company is preferred.
  • Work location: Kumamoto, short term travel to Taiwan for training may be required.

  1. Location - (Immediately after hiring) 4106-1 Haramizu, Kikuyou-machi, Kikuchi-gun, Kumamoto, 869-1102 (Scope of Change) Location determined by the Company
  2. Working Days & Hours - 8:30~17:30
  3.
