About the Role:

Madison Logic is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our Product team in developing cutting-edge solutions for B2B marketing. In this role, you will work closely with industry experts to drive the development of innovative products that align with our mission to revolutionize Account Based Marketing. As a key leader, you will collaborate with executives, engineers, designers, and data scientists to deliver data-driven solutions that establish Madison Logic as a leader in ABM intelligence. The ideal candidate will excel in data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and product development, ultimately driving revenue and operational efficiency through the creation of new products and platforms. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive the product vision, strategies, and roadmaps for data products aligning with organizational goals, using market knowledge and competitive analysis.
  • Prioritize user research and understand users and clients at a deep level.
  • Develop, own, and deliver ideas from concept through deployment, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to rapidly prototype, and deliver minimum viable products while balancing validation activities with long-term vision.
  • Navigate the entire product lifecycle, integrate customer feedback into requirements, prioritize tasks, and execute pre- and post-launch activities.
  • Work with operations teams to design, deliver, iterate, and support the business sales team in meeting revenue targets.
  • Identify, vet, and manage partnerships to improve the multi-channel ABM tech stack and overall product offering.
  • Combine attention to detail with a holistic perspective, prioritize competing needs, and provide clear guidance to teams and partners.
  • Coordinate with senior leadership to align with business objectives and develop core metrics for products.
  • Extract insights from data using SQL-based tools and collaborate with data science and analytics teams.
  • Resolve complex technical issues and deliver impactful features and products by partnering with operations, sales and engineering teams.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, engage in technical discussions, and clearly communicate delivery timelines, trade-offs, and risks to senior management.
  • Become a subject matter expert on ML's products.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Ability to work one of the following shifts: US EST Shift Timing (6:30pm – 3:30am Local Time) or UK Shift Timing (11:00am - 8:00pm IST) required
  • Fluent in English language (verbal and written) and possessing a clear and concise communication style
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with at least 3 years data-driven products, or experience in B2B SAAS preferred.
  • Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, with a deep understanding of data models, validation techniques, and statistical methods.
  • Track record of delivering initiatives from concept to completion, preferably in the B2B marketing space.
  • Experience with lead generation, data management, and analytics preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with large teams on multiple projects and translate business needs into impactful outcomes.

  • Strong sense of urgency required
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for explaining complex concepts in a clear & concise manner
  • Naturally comfortable and effective communicating with diverse people and individuals at various levels within the organization both one-on-one or through group presentations
  • Self-starter who can think quickly and creatively in a fast-paced environment; comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change
  • Ability to investigate, analyze and solve problems, and clearly communicate results both internally and externally with partners and customers
  • Eager to get hands-on with the technology and figure out how things work
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Accustomed to handling multiple responsibilities, tasks, and projects 
  • Organizational and leadership abilities.

We are committed to paying our team equitably for their work, commensurate with their individual skills and experience. Salary Range and additional compensation, including discretionary bonuses and incentive pay, are determined by a rigorous review process taking into account the experience, education, certifications and skills required for the specific role, equity with similarly situated team members, as well as employer-verified region-specific market data provided by an independent 3rd party partner.
